Our Company
Over 45 years ago our father opened a small, 400 sq. ft. (size of a 2-car garage), bookstore with an emphasis on Christian material. Over the years the store grew and moved several times. At one point we had three stores in three cities. The largest being the "Bible Outlet" in Boaz, Alabama, which sold more Bibles per year than any other single store in the nation. In 2002 we went online as BibleSurplus.com with the purpose of providing case quantities of Bibles to churches, mission groups, and individuals at wholesale prices. Our sales range from a case of Bibles for a Sunday school class to thousands of Spanish Bibles for Samaritan's Purse. We have even airfreighted pallets of New Testaments to South America for a mission team.
There are now many web sites that sell Bibles. But there are very few, if any, that have the years of expertise and knowledge of the Bible-publishing world that BibleSurplus.com has. We can tell you whether a particular Bible is available or if it was ever in print.
Customer Service
Our customer service is second to none. If you have a problem with an order, we fix it, period. If you wish to return an order for a full refund just contact us. Returns must be within 30 days of you receiving the order. You are only responsible for the return shipping. There are no refunds on custom imprinted Bibles.
Payment by CheckTo pay by check just go ahead and place the order as usual but when you get to the payment options page select Check under the "Select your payment method". Press the
 button and you will receive an order number and the address to send your payment. Your order will be held until we receive payment.
Personal checks must clear the bank first.
Shipping
We can only ship to U.S. addresses.
Most orders are free freight and are shipped directly from the publishers' warehouse.
Orders usually clear the warehouse within 3-4 business days unless imprinting is ordered and are usually shipped by UPS or Fedex ground to the contiguous 48 states.
Larger orders are shipped by truck freight depending on the weight.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by USPS media mail (what used to be known as book rate) and can take several weeks to arrive.
Please allow two weeks for shipments within the contiguous 48 states.
